We are a friendly group and walk at a comfortable and relaxed pace, enjoying the pleasure of being outside exploring beautiful countryside. Bodenham Ramblers started in Bodenham many years ago, and we now have members living all over Herefordshire and beyond. Between us, we have a wealth of local knowledge and the walk leaders delight in planning interesting, circular walks for us to enjoy our historic landscape.

If you like walking and finding out more about the world around you, why not try one of Bodenham Ramblers’ walks and consider joining our walking group?  You can expect a warm welcome. 

Walks start promptly at the start time shown, usually 10am. All walks include a coffee stop. Lunch after the walk at a pub or other venue is usually arranged for winter walks if possible. Those wanting lunch should tell the walk leader in advance to enable booking. Alternatively, a picnic may be proposed, during or at the end of the walk as specified. May be only one stop for coffee and/or picnic on shorter walks. If a planned walk is cancelled or changed, members will be informed as soon as possible.

The Strollers programme consists of short walks on the second Wednesday of each month, commencing at 10.00 am, with coffee at 11.00am at some specified venue. 

Guest walkers for any walk are always welcome! No prior arrangement necessary.

A Grid Reference is provided to locate the parking and start of each walk on the Ordnance Survey map, (it's the numbers at the top and bottom of the map that come first in the Grid Reference). Contact one of the above if you need assistance with this. The postcode may suffice, but covers too big an area in many cases. 'What3Words' is very accurate, but you need the App on your phone plus satnav to use it.
